Getting printer bed level

Ive tried everything to get my printing bed level, but having a very hard time. even when using a level to level off the bed, prints still start out bad.
any suggestions in getting the bed perfect?

Never use a level, because your platform doesn't need to be level. It needs to be tram, which means that it is parallel to the plane of the X/Y axis and perpendicular to the Z. Go to this page and scroll to the bottom, right before where it says in bold "If you have a single extruder, you're done!" there's a link to the tramming gcode and instructions for using it.
